I have a GBA BIOS set up, and when I choose Open. In the Options > Link menu, I have Local mode and Link at boot enabled. In the Options > Game Boy Advance menu, I've enabled Use BIOS file. In the Emulation menu, I've disabled Skip BIOS and Pause while inactive. I do not have DualCore or CPU Clock Override currently enabled. I have controller port 1 set to Standard Controller, and port 2 set to GBA.
I'm using Dolphin 5.0, with a GameCube BIOS. To help pinpoint if I'm doing anything wrong, here are the settings I'm using in Dolphin and VBA, as well as the steps I'm attempting to follow: I'm asking though, because I haven't yet seen a single thread where the connection problems are resolved.
